We’re approaching the end of the ABC challenge, and the last letters only make it harder. I only had one polish named with a U, but I consider myself lucky as other girls had none. So my U is for H&M Urban Spirit, a discontinued polish I bought for € 1 on sale this year. As MaiSenzaSmalto is also blogging about this polish today, I took the chance to add some nail art. I have to say I’m pleased with the results, considering I don’t even like Urban Spirit alone.
I used: 3 coats of H&M Urban Spirit (but I suggest two as there’s no visible difference, except longer drying time), one coat of H&M zoo, the holographic pink top coat part of a duo set, and butterfly stickers that I bought on Viva La Nails. As the stickers come with no instructions, if you’re wondering how to use them, simply remove the design with a cuticle stick, press it on the nail and seal with top coat. (All pictures in sunlight)
H&M Zoo is really close to Essence Nail Art Special Effect Topper 12 Holo Topping, please!. Under some artificial lights the Essence one looks more flesh-toned, but not in sunlight or on the nails. They are very very similar so you don’t need both; I suggest the H&M duo (€ 2,95/set, in stores now) because the holographic effect is slightly more noticeable.
This is the final result:

Eh ma elaborato così è tutta un’altra cosa!! Proprio bella l’idea del top holo!
Dai almeno non avevamo due post uguali 🙂
A me in boccetta piace molto ma sulle unghie non mi convince senza holo.. Sono contentissima di averlo riprovato così!
